DIGITAL MEDIA

There is a blurry line between digital and print media since clients often ask me for something they can use in an email but print if they need to or vice versa. I consider digital media to be work designed specifically to be seen on digital devices such as phones, tablets, and computers. Often, this requires thinking about how much information is visible at a small size. Also, it is important to think about dimensions that will affect whether an image is stretched or squashed when it is uploaded into a social media platform. Finally, file type is important as well since it can affect how colors and other details appear in various platforms.
